Chalet des Surelles is a luxury chalet to rent in Chamonix with incredible views of the Mont Blanc range. The chalet has a fabulous position in the prestigious Chamonix suburb of Les Praz. You will be next to the Chamonix Golf Course. For the ski season , you can walk tothe new high-speed Flegere telecabins (less than 10 minutes walk). 7 people can sleep in four bedrooms. Chalet des Surelles was refurnished by an interior designer in 2021.
The chalet benefits from a wonderful open plan living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows and doors leading out onto the south facing terrace and garden. The living area has a log fire, comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The stunning dining table seats up to 8 people. The modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to self cater during your stay.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds which can be pushed together to form a double if required. There is also a small mezzanine floor above the living area which has a double sofa bed – perfect for children or additional guests.
Outside, there is plenty of space for parking on the driveway and in the single garage. The south facing garden has stunning views of the mountains and gets plenty of sun throughout the day. There is also a BBQ for al fresco dining in summer months.
